Riders must sign a liability waiver; under 18 requires a parent or guardian signature. Minimum age is 11, and you must be comfortable standing for the duration and using stairs without assistance. Tax and booking fees are added to the listed price.

100% refund for rain or severe weather. 100% refund if canceled 12+ hours before tour. 50% refund if canceled 3–12 hours before.
