Full refund for rain or severe weather. Cancel at least 12 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancel 3–12 hours before the tour for a 50% refund.

You must be at least 11 years old. Riders under 18 need a parent or guardian signature on the liability waiver. You also need to be comfortable standing for the duration and able to climb and descend stairs without assistance. Pregnant riders are not allowed, and Segways are for one rider only (no tandem riding).
No. You get one-on-one training before the ride. Training is unhurried, and your guide stays nearby to help you build confidence.
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing; it can feel slightly cooler while riding. Flat, closed-toe shoes are recommended. A helmet is provided (you can bring your own if you prefer).
