- Arrive 10 minutes before your session
- Complete a waiver before entering the room
- Ages 6+ only
- Ages 6–14 must be accompanied in the room by a parent
- A parent or guardian must sign the waiver for anyone under 18
- Wear closed-toe shoes and protective gear in the smash room
- Pregnant people, people with injuries, and anyone under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication may not enter
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours incur a 40% fee. No refunds for no-shows or arrivals 15 minutes or more late.
