Important details
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and safety orientation
- Complete a waiver before entering the smash room
- A parent or guardian must sign the waiver for anyone under 18
- Ages 6–14 must be accompanied in the room by a parent
- Wear closed-toe shoes; sandals, flip-flops, and high heels are not allowed
- Wear protective gear at all times in the smash room
- Pregnant travelers, anyone with injuries, and anyone under the influence may not enter
- Leave toxic, explosive, liquid, radioactive, and oversized items at home
- Do not bring spray cans, light bulbs, tube TVs, large appliances, or large furniture
- Expect all brought items to be inspected before entry
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours incur a 40% fee. No refunds for no-shows or arrivals 15 minutes or more late.
