Cancellation Policy
Deadlines are based on midnight before the trip, not departure time. Cancel more than 72 hours before the trip for a full refund. Cancel 48–72 hours before for a 50% refund; no refund within 48 hours. Full refund if the captain cancels due to rough seas. The captain may cancel for aggressive behavior, severe intoxication, or illegal activity without a refund.
