Cancellation Policy
Full refund with more than 72 hours' notice; 50% refund with 48–72 hours' notice; no refund within 48 hours. Full refund if the captain cancels due to rough seas. No refund for cancellations due to aggressive behavior, severe intoxication, or illegal activity.
