- Arrive at your boat's assigned Marathon meeting location 15 minutes before departure
- Accept the risks of fishing and other maritime activities, including injury, death, and property loss
- Accept the required liability waiver, including limits on claims against the charter company
- Maintain adequate insurance for potential injury or damage costs, or accept responsibility for those costs
- Grant permission for the charter company to use your likeness in photos without compensation
- A legal adult must sign the waiver for minors in the party

Cancellation Policy
If the captain cancels due to weather or mechanical issues, there is no charge. Cancel within 14 days: $200 fee. Cancel within 48 hours or no-show: full charter charge.
