- Arrive 30 minutes before departure
- Complete the liability waiver before arriving
- Independent swimming ability is required to enter the water; non-swimmers must remain on the boat
- Children may snorkel only with an accompanying adult
- Snorkel vests are required for everyone
- Full-face masks are not permitted
- Glass and hard alcohol are not permitted aboard; canned adult beverages may be consumed only after snorkeling activities are complete
- Reef snorkeling depends on safe weather and sea conditions; if conditions do not permit it, you'll spend extra time at the sandbar
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. Private charters receive a full refund with 7 days' notice. A minimum of 10 passengers is required; if not met, your trip may be rescheduled or refunded. If weather cancels the trip and rebooking is not possible, you'll receive a full refund.

FAQs
Bring a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, a refillable water bottle, and anything else you need for the boat ride. Reef-safe sunscreen is also available.
If you are not used to being on a boat, motion sickness prevention medication such as Dramamine or Bonine is suggested the night before and the morning of your trip.
