Things to know
Basic swimming ability is required. Participants must be at least 4 ft tall to enter the water and weigh no more than 250 lbs unless an extra seat is booked. Minors need a signed waiver if unaccompanied.
Cancellation policy
Full refund when you cancel by phone at least 24 hours before departure. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or changes within 24 hours. Trips may be cancelled due to weather; if the operator cancels you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.
