Important details
- Arrive between 9:00 and 9:15 a.m. for the 9:30 a.m. daily shuttle during peak season
- Arrive between 10:00 and 10:15 a.m. for the 10:30 a.m. daily shuttle in May, September, and October
- Allow 30 minutes before departure on peak Saturdays to register
- Complete the required waiver before departure
- Keep glass, Styrofoam, kegs, Jello shots, and water balloons off the river
- Finish your rental and leave the water by 6:00 p.m.; late arrivals are subject to a fee
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel or change at least 5 days before your reservation. No-shows forfeit the full reservation cost. Weekend peak-season same-day cancellations aren't refundable. If the operator closes before departure, you may receive a full refund.
