Important details

• Included insurance requires age 21+. Riders under 21 need their own comprehensive insurance and a motorcycle-endorsed driver's license.
• A valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement is required. Bring it for the arrival check.
• Fuel is not included in the listed price. Return the motorcycle with a full tank of 92-octane gasoline; a $25 fuel charge applies if it is not full.
• Taking this bike off-road or on the south-side route to or from Hana incurs a minimum $500 service charge, not included in the listed price.
• You are responsible for motorcycle damage and lost rental revenue while the bike is out of service for repairs or awaiting parts. These charges are not included in the listed price.
• Separate charges of $50 each apply for a lost key, flat tire, dead battery, missing registration card or missing no-fault insurance card. A missing license plate costs $125. A lost or visibly damaged helmet incurs a minimum $100 charge. These charges are not included in the listed price.
• Tire-changing and roadside-service costs, lost or stolen tools and accessories, and parking or traffic fines are your responsibility and are not included in the listed price.
• Keep the bike on Maui and on paved roads. Do not take the south-side route to or from Hana. All motorcycles are tracked by Global Positioning System (GPS).
• You are the only authorized driver. Do not use the bike for paid transport, racing, reckless riding or towing, or ride under the influence of intoxicants or narcotics. Violating the operating rules ends your right to use the bike and voids insurance coverage.
• Do not carry surfboards, kayaks, canoes or gliders. Attaching equipment or other items requires written permission.
• Wear closed-toed shoes and long pants. Sign the waiver before riding; you may sign it in person on arrival.
• Check the engine oil level at every refueling. Lock the bike and remove the keys when it is not in use.
• Report damage to the police immediately and file a police report within 2 hours of an accident.
• The motorcycle may be substituted because of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Return the bike by the agreed return date and time. Returns 30 minutes or more late incur at least a one-hour charge, separate from the listed price. If a late return causes the next reservation to be lost, you are liable for that reservation's full charges. Motorcycles not returned by the due date are reported to police as missing.
