Ride a Kawasaki Z650 with a compact frame and sculpted tank designed to help you feel “in” rather than “on” the bike. This middleweight naked motorcycle offers an approachable ride for exploring paved roads.
What's Included
- Motorcycle
- Half-shell helmet
- Liability insurance for riders ages 21+
Important details
- A valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement is required. Bring your license and a photo of it for verification.
- Included insurance requires age 21+. Riders under 21 need their own comprehensive insurance and a motorcycle-endorsed license.
- Fuel and conditional service, damage, and late-return charges are not included in the listed price and are charged separately by the rental operator.
- Return the motorcycle with a full tank of 92-octane gasoline. A $25 fuel charge applies if the tank is not full.
- You are responsible for motorcycle damage and lost rental revenue during repairs. The agreement specifies responsibility for the first $5,000 of damage regardless of negligence; violating the operating rules can leave you responsible for all damage.
- A $50 charge applies for each lost key, flat tire, dead battery, missing registration card, or missing insurance card. A missing license plate costs $125. A lost or damaged helmet carries a minimum $100 charge.
- You are responsible for tire-changing and roadside-service costs, parking and traffic fines, and lost or stolen tools and accessories. Mechanical damage caused by negligent operation or failure to perform normal maintenance is also your responsibility.
- Stay on paved roads and keep the motorcycle on Maui. This model is not permitted off road or on the south-side route to or from Hana; violations carry a minimum $500 service charge. All motorcycles are GPS-tracked.
- You are the only authorized driver. Do not race, ride recklessly, drive under the influence, tow another vehicle, or transport passengers or property for hire.
- Do not carry surfboards, kayaks, canoes, or gliders. Do not attach equipment or other items without written permission. Violating operating restrictions ends your authorization to ride and invalidates insurance coverage.
- Wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. Sign the required waiver before riding; you can sign in person on arrival.
- Check the engine oil at every refueling. Lock the motorcycle and remove the keys whenever it is not in use.
- Report damage to the police immediately, and file a police report within 2 hours of an accident. Failure to report or cooperate can leave you responsible for rental charges until the motorcycle is recovered. If the motorcycle is lost or stolen, return its keys.
- The motorcycle may be substituted because of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
- Return the motorcycle by the agreed due date and time. Returns 30 minutes or more late incur at least one hour of additional rental charges. If a late return causes the next reservation to be lost, you may be responsible for that reservation's full charges. Overdue motorcycles may be reported to police as missing.
