Important details
- Bring a light jacket and valid, unexpired photo ID
- Alcohol purchases and consumption require a valid government-issued photo ID and age 21+
- Expired IDs, photocopies, screenshots, and digital images of IDs are not accepted
- Military and Kamaʻāina discounts require valid, unexpired ID, and the reservation name must match the ID
- Expect the show to continue in light rain; rain ponchos are provided
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation at least 24 hours before the luau. Cancellations after 5:00 PM HST on the luau day and no-shows are nonrefundable. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a full refund. Full refund if the operator cancels, including due to weather.
