Important details

• Children aged 0–6 require an accompanying paying adult. Children aged 0–3 enter free.
• Follow the on-site social distancing signs. Scan the QR code at the level 1 ticketing desk to provide your first name and phone number.
• Check in at the ticketing desk on arrival.
• Last admission is 8:30pm from April–October and 9:30pm from November–March.
• On 31 December 2026, opening hours are noon–5pm, with last admission at 4:30pm.
