Things to know
Trip duration is about 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on water levels. Check in one hour before your scheduled trip time. Listed rate applies to ages 12 and older; younger guests should be confirmed before booking.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds. You can reschedule, but you will not be refunded to your original form of payment. Reschedule at least 48 hours before the original trip date. Any balance due must be paid not less than 30 days in advance; unpaid trip space will be cancelled.
