Know before you go
- Ages 10+ only
- Complete online coursework and submit required medical and liability forms before arrival
- Bring a copy of a photo ID for the participant or parent/guardian
- Arrive at your scheduled start time; late arrivals cannot participate
- Good physical health, independent swimming or floating, and safe stair and ladder use required
- Parent/guardian presence and a paid adult observer required for participants under 18; ages 10–12 require a parent/guardian on the dry deck
- Arrange your own support person for any dressing assistance
- Shower before and after in-water activities
- Personal equipment and outside mermaid tails are not permitted; no jewelry, underwater cameras, or electronics in the tank
- Programs may be adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled for animal care and safety reasons
Cancellation Policy
Program fees are nonrefundable. Change your visit date at no charge when requested at least 14 days before the original date. Changes within 14 days incur a $50 fee per booking. Cancellations and no-shows cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
