Know before you go

• Arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Everyone entering the grotto requires a paid ticket
• Children under 12 require parental supervision when handling an oyster in the Pearl Experience
• Expect an indoor grotto with fans but no air conditioning, which can be warm in summer
• Photos and videos taken by the company may be used without additional permission or compensation, including for marketing
• Late arrivals may need to wait for the next available time slot
