Important details
- Ages 9+ only; comfort in and around water required
- A parent or legal guardian must be present on the dry deck for ages 9–12; all participants under 18 need a parent or legal guardian present and a paid adult observer
- Good physical health required; participants must swim unassisted, float, and navigate stairs, ladders, and slopes
- Complete the required waivers and Diver Medical Form before in-water activities
- Bring a copy of your driver's license or your parent or legal guardian's driver's license; bring mermaid or freediving certification if applicable
- Arrive and check in 15 minutes before your start time; late arrivals cannot participate
- Bring a swimsuit, towel, and dry clothes; shower before and after your in-water program
- Do not bring personal swim equipment or outside mermaid tails; jewelry and underwater recording or electronic devices are not allowed in the tank
- Sales tax and booking fees are not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Program fees are nonrefundable. Change your date free at least 14 days before your visit; changes within 14 days incur a $50 fee per booking. Cancellations and no-shows are not refunded or rescheduled.

Complete the Release of Liability/Assumption of Risk/Non-Agency Acknowledgement Form, Liability Release and Express Assumption of Risk Form, and Diver Medical Form before entering the water. Bring a copy of your driver's license or your parent or legal guardian's driver's license.
Bring accessories or tops for the aquarium swim, subject to approval before use in the tank. Items that could affect the marine environment or animal safety are not permitted.
