- Arrive checked in 15 minutes before your start time; late arrivals cannot participate
- Ages 13+ only; travelers under 18 require a parent or legal guardian and a paid adult observer
- Requires a mermaid or freediving certification from PADI, SSI, or NAUI
- Bring your certification card and a copy of your driver's license; minors may use a parent or legal guardian's ID
- Complete required liability and diver medical forms before in-water activities
- Requires good physical health, comfort in water, unassisted floating, and navigating stairs, ladders, and slopes
- Arrange your own dressing assistance if needed
- Bring a swimsuit, towel, and dry clothes
- Shower before and after your swim; remove lotions, oils, and suntan products beforehand
- Leave personal swimming equipment, jewelry, outside mermaid tails, and underwater electronic devices outside the tank
- Sales tax and booking fees are not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
No refunds. Change your date free at least 14 days before your visit; changes within 14 days incur a $50 per-booking fee. Cancellations and no-shows cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
