Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?
Tickets may be bought up to 14 days ahead and often sell out, so advance purchase is recommended.
What happens if it rains?
Sails run in light rain; severe weather may lead to rescheduling.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
You may bring food and soft drinks but no outside alcohol or glass bottles.
Are there restrooms on board?

How early should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure; late arrivals may miss the boat.

Things to know
Infants under 12 months are not recommended and guests need basic mobility to disembark at the island. Outside alcohol, smoking and pets are not permitted.
Cancellation policy
All sales are final unless you purchase a refundable ticket. Refundable tickets may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 hours before departure. Non-refundable tickets cancelled more than 24 hours in advance receive voyage credit; cancellations within 24 hours forfeit payment. If the operator cancels, you may reschedule or receive a refund.
