• Ages 21+ to rent and operate. Bring a valid photo ID for the driver.
• A lifetime or 90-day temporary boater safety course card is required to rent. Cards from any state are accepted.
• Charges not included in the listed price apply for late returns ($75), excessive sand, food, trash, or fishing mess ($50), and traveling outside the navigation boundaries ($300, with one warning issued).
• Keep engine speed at or below 4,000 revolutions per minute. Exceeding this limit makes you responsible for the trip's fuel cost, which is not included in the listed price. Exceptions apply when returning quickly to avoid unexpected dangerous weather or wind.
• Bring children's life jackets if they cannot fit the provided sizes.
• Alcohol is permitted on board, but do not consume it if you are the driver. Do not smoke in the cabin.
• Do not use zinc oxide sunscreen on the boat unless medically necessary.
• Follow the dock instructors' loading and unloading procedures. The dock liability release waives claims for injuries and damage to belongings.
• Arrive 30 minutes early. Arriving late does not extend your return time; a no-show after 45 minutes results in cancellation.
