• Additional charges are not included in the listed price: $300 for going outside the navigation boundaries, $75 for a late return, and $50 for excessive sand, food, trash or fishing-related mess.
• Exceeding the 4,000 revolutions per minute engine limit makes you responsible for the trip's fuel cost, which is not included in the listed price. Returning quickly to avoid unexpected dangerous weather is an exception.
• Stay within the navigation boundaries. One warning is issued by phone or text before the boundary violation charge applies.
• Bring life jackets for children who cannot fit the provided sizes.
• Do not use zinc oxide sunscreen on the boat unless medically necessary.
• Follow dock staff's loading and unloading instructions. A dock liability release covering injuries and damage to belongings applies.
• Arrive 30 minutes early. Late arrival does not extend your return time; failure to arrive within 45 minutes after the scheduled start results in cancellation of your rental.
