- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time
- Complete a waiver at least 3 hours before arrival if you are age 18 or older
- Leave cell phones, cameras, personal electronics, food, and drinks outside the escape room
- Expect entry to be refused if you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time
Cancellation Policy
No refunds, including for weather. You may substitute another participant. Reschedule up to 24 hours before your reservation. Changes made within 24 hours incur a $50 fee. With a positive COVID-19 diagnosis, reschedule without penalty with at least 3 hours' notice and proof of illness.

Each escape room requires at least 4 participants. Bookings with fewer than 4 people may need to be rescheduled.
A parent or guardian must complete the waiver for anyone under 18.
Use parking in front of the building or the rear parking lot. Do not park on the side nearest the railroad tracks.
