Important details
- Ages 21+ to rent. At least one person age 21+ must operate the equipment at all times.
- Maximum combined weight is 400 lbs per WaveRunner.
- Passengers may be any age. Riders under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to complete their waiver.
- Bring a valid photo ID. Every driver must carry a valid ID.
- Bring a credit card for check-in; an ID and credit card are required for each WaveRunner rented.
- A separate $500 security hold per WaveRunner will be placed on your card upon arrival. The hold is released after the damage check upon return.
- A 10% fuel charge is not included in the listed price. You'll pay it upon return, when your rental is complete.
- You may be responsible for damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or misuse of the equipment.
- Stay inside Mission Bay; ocean riding is not permitted.
- Wear a life jacket throughout the ride. Complete the rental agreement and required safety checkout before departure.
- Rentals are subject to weather, water conditions, safety restrictions, and staff approval.
- Arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled start time. Complete check-in at least 15 minutes before your start time or your rental may be terminated. Late arrivals may reduce your time on the water, with no guaranteed extension.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. You'll also receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds take up to 30 days to process. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full price.
