Full refund for cancellations more than 72 hours before the tour. A 50% refund applies within 72 hours if rescheduling is not possible. No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows; arrival more than 10 minutes late is a no-show. Full refund if the operator cancels due to hazardous weather or unsafe conditions.
