Important details
- Arrive ready to board 15 minutes before departure for bike loading
- Shuttles require at least four riders to operate
- E-bikes must be Class 1 pedal-assist mountain bikes with a 20 mph maximum speed
- E-bikes must weigh 58 lbs or less; throttles, cruisers, folding bikes, and other non-mountain-bike designs are not permitted

Non-refundable. Cancellation or rescheduling requires 48 hours' notice for parties of 3 or fewer, 72 hours for 4 or more, and 7 days for 10 or more.

FAQs
Allow an additional 45 minutes to pedal the six-mile paved bike path back to the bike shop. The route is 75% downhill.
Bring a headlamp, extra warm layers, a windbreaker or waterproof jacket, sunglasses, sunscreen, a fire starter, a first aid kit, and a cell phone.
Keep your bike in excellent working condition. Bring extra tubes, a pump, tire and tube patch kits, tire levers, a spare cable, spare derailleur hanger, master link, multi-tool with chain breaker, lube, and a shock pump.
