Moab, Utah
This Moab staple combines a riverside BBQ buffet with a narrated evening boat cruise along the Colorado River, and travelers consistently leave happy. The food gets strong marks, with a generous spread of chicken, pork, beef, and sides, and the guides are repeatedly praised for being both knowledgeable and genuinely funny. Rich, Greg, and Lee are among the names that come up in glowing terms, giving the whole operation a warm, family-run feel. The boat show itself leans more atmospheric than high-tech, featuring lit canyon walls and recorded narration covering Native history and local lore. A few visitors noted it feels a bit dated, and river conditions can occasionally limit how far the boat travels, though the team has shown a willingness to make things right when that happens. If you come in expecting a relaxed, educational evening rather than a flashy production, you'll likely walk away charmed.
