Important details
- Arrive ready to board 15 minutes before departure for bike loading
- Advanced riding is required, except on the intermediate Mag-5 route option
- Class 1 pedal-assist e-mountain bikes only: 20 mph maximum speed, 58 lbs or less, and a true mountain bike design
- Throttle-equipped, cruiser, folding, and other non-mountain e-bikes are not permitted
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable. Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice for parties of 3 or fewer, 72 hours for parties of 4 or more, and 7 days for parties of 10 or more.

Allow about 45 minutes for the shuttle ride.
Shuttles require a four-seat minimum. If the minimum is not met, another shuttle seat will be sought; if cancellation is necessary, you’ll be notified by 5 PM the day before your reservation.
