Ride the classic 26-mile Mag-7 point-to-point route through Moab’s connected desert trails. This shuttle supports an advanced ride ending on the exposed, technical Portal Trail.
- Ride the classic Getaway, Bull Run, Great Escape, Little Canyon, Gold Bar, Gold Bar Rim and Portal route
- Navigate advanced singletrack with highly exposed and technical Portal Trail sections
- Carry ample water, food and snacks for dry desert conditions
- Pack repair supplies, extra layers, a windbreaker or waterproof jacket and a headlamp
- Practice Leave No Trace principles
Important details
- Arrive ready to board 15 minutes before departure for bike loading
- Advanced riding experience is required for the Portal Trail’s extreme exposure and technical moves
- Expect the pickup location to be unavailable on Google Maps, Apple Maps and Trailforks
- Park outside Jaycee Campground to avoid missing the shuttle
- E-bikes must be Class 1 pedal-assist mountain bikes with a 20 mph maximum speed and a weight of 58 lbs or less
- Throttle-equipped bikes, cruisers, folding bikes and other non-mountain-bike designs are not permitted
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable. Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice for parties of 3 or fewer, 72 hours for parties of 4–9, or 7 days for parties of 10 or more.

Bring at least 100 ounces of water per rider, ample food and snacks, extra layers, a windbreaker or waterproof jacket, a headlamp, and a cell phone. Carry bike repair supplies, including extra tubes, a pump, patch kit, tire levers, spare cable and derailleur hanger, master link, multi-tool with chain breaker, lube, and shock pump.
All shuttles require at least four seats to operate. If the minimum is not met, the operator will try to place you on another shuttle or notify you by 5 PM the day before if the shuttle must be canceled.
