Important details
- Arrive ready to board 15 minutes before departure for bike loading
- Ride an intermediate trail with advanced options
- Expect service to the highest trailhead weather conditions permit that day
- A four-seat minimum is required for the shuttle to operate
- If fewer than four seats are booked, an additional-seat charge may apply to meet the operating minimum
- Electric mountain bikes must be Class 1 pedal-assist only, with a 20 mph maximum speed
- Electric mountain bikes must weigh 58 lbs or less and use a true mountain-bike design; cruisers and folding bikes are prohibited
- Ride e-bikes only on Hawk’s Glide, Falcon Flow, and Kestrel Run
- E-bikes are prohibited on Eagle Eye and all Whole Enchilada trails, including Porcupine Rim Singletrack and LPS

Non-refundable. Cancellation or rescheduling requires 48 hours' notice for parties of 3 or fewer, 72 hours for parties of 4 or more, and 7 days for parties of 10 or more.

FAQs
Bring extra warm layers, a windbreaker or waterproof jacket, a headlamp, sunscreen, sunglasses, a first-aid kit, a fire starter, and a cell phone. Keep your bike in excellent working condition and carry repair supplies such as tubes, a pump, tire patches, tire levers, a spare derailleur hanger, a master link, a multi-tool with chain breaker, lube, and a shock pump.
From the shuttle drop-off, pedal 0.25 miles to Porcupine Rim Campground for Lower UPS. To ride Upper, Middle, and Lower UPS, pedal 1.2 miles up the road to the Kokopelli Trail entrance, then 1.7 more miles to the UPS trailhead. This option adds 3 miles and 600 feet of climbing. Exit UPS at Stop Sign #3 and connect to Eagle Eye.
