Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days ahead for a full refund or 7–13 days ahead for a 50% refund. Under 7 days, no refund. Reschedule once free within 60 days with 7+ days' notice. For weather cancellations, reschedule or receive a refund minus a $25 fee. If the operator cancels for other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
