Important details
- Children require supervision by a parent or adult throughout the program
- Secure your pets and any other animals in a separate location while the visiting animals are on site
- Travel fees are not included in the listed price. Most central San Diego locations have no travel fee
- Provide flat, sturdy ground with full shade and a canopy for an outdoor setup. Keep the animal area away from food, pets, pools, and other large bodies of water, with a safe space behind the presentation area where no one can walk
- Keep balloons, streamers, and loud music out of the animal area. Do not eat or serve snacks during the program
- Provide a fully covered or indoor location if it rains
- Animal choices are not guaranteed. Animals showing signs of stress from noise or other environmental conditions may not be brought out for interactions
- Some venues and public parks require special insurance documents
- Reserve a nearby parking spot for unloading the animals and supplies
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 15 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 31+ days before your event for a 75% refund. Cancellations within 30 days are nonrefundable. Booking fees are nonrefundable. Request rescheduling at least 30 days in advance. The event runs rain or shine. If the operator cancels, including for weather, it reserves the right to reschedule or refund.

If temperatures exceed 85°F, an indoor, air-conditioned space or access to power for cooling fans is recommended. Some animals are sensitive to heat.
The team arrives 15–30 minutes before your animal party starts. Keep your group occupied with another activity during setup.
