No bags with straps are allowed onboard, including backpacks and purses. Comfort seats are required for those weighing 230–269 lbs, and Comfort Plus seats are required for those over 270 lbs. Each flight requires a minimum of 2 seats sold to fly.
Cancellation Policy
Rebookings may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior and are subject to a rescheduling fee per seat. If you fail to show up or are more than 15 minutes late for check-in, you will be billed the full price. If the operator cannot perform the flight, staff will work with you to rebook at no charge.
