• Ages 6+ only
• Children ages 6–15 must ride in the same kayak as an adult
• Solo paddling is limited to ages 16+
• Solo participants may be paired with another participant in a tandem kayak
• Weight limit: 240 lb (109 kg) per participant
• Requires independent entry into and exit from the kayak
• Comfort in the water is required; basic swimming ability is encouraged
• Participation is not allowed under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Pregnant participants should consult a doctor before participating
• Complete the required waiver before participating
• Plastic is not allowed in the reserve; use a reusable water bottle if bringing water
