Gratuity is appreciated. We suggest 15–20% based on the service you receive. Captains are experienced and prioritize your safety.
Cancellation policy
Trips are not canceled based on forecasts. The captain decides 1 hour before departure. If the captain cancels, your deposit/initial payment is fully refunded. If you cancel due to forecast and the captain goes, the deposit/initial payment is forfeited. Guest cancellations are fully refundable up to 14 days and non-refundable within 14 days unless the captain cancels.
