- The captain/crew fee is not included in the listed price. You'll pay the captain directly at $125 per hour at the end of the charter, using cash or a money-transfer app. This fee covers fuel, water, ice, and an ice chest. Gratuity is separate and not included.
- Parking is paid separately and is not included in the listed price.
- Bring a flotation device for each child age 3 or younger; they must wear it on board. Flotation devices are not provided.
- Do not bring food or drinks containing red dye, including red wine and fruit drinks, because they can stain the deck and upholstery.
- Avoid using bronzers for 48 hours before your charter to prevent upholstery stains.
- Smoking and drug use are not permitted on board. Vaping is allowed.
- Complete the online waiver from your confirmation email and share it with everyone in your group.
- Activities and routes are subject to the captain’s discretion and local conditions.
- Arrive about 15 minutes before departure.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 14 days in advance; cancellations within 14 days are nonrefundable. Weather decisions are made 1 hour before departure, not from forecasts. Inclement weather may lead to rescheduling or cancellation; if the captain cancels, you'll receive a full refund. No refund if you cancel due to forecasted conditions.
