Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund 7+ days before your rental date or a 50% refund 72 hours to 6 days before. No refund within 72 hours, for same-day cancellations, no-shows, or early returns. Late arrivals do not extend rental time or qualify for refunds. If unsafe weather causes cancellation, choose a full refund.
