Cancel more than 30 days before your course or trip for a full refund less service charges: $50 for trips under $500, or $100 or 10% of trip cost, whichever is greater, for trips over $500. Cancel within 30 days for a 50% refund. No refunds after the course or trip date. If unsafe conditions prevent rescheduling, receive a refund less service charges.
