Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled zip line time
- Sign a waiver before participating
- Participants under 18 need a legal guardian-signed waiver and adult accompaniment
- Height requirement: 48" minimum; zip line weight requirement: 65–250 lbs
- Wear closed-toe shoes; avoid loose clothing and jewelry, tie back long hair, and empty pockets
- Zip line access requires a roughly 1/4-mile hike with 88 steps
- Activities may temporarily close for lightning, high winds, or torrential rainfall
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before the reserved date for a full refund, less a $10 processing fee per ticket per reservation. No refunds for late arrivals or for choosing not to participate. If the operator cancels due to adverse weather, receive a full refund or reschedule if possible.
FAQs
Complete wheel luge, archery, rock climbing, and Trail Quest at your own pace during open hours on the same day as your reservation. If your zip line is in the last session of the day, do these activities before your zip line time. Unused activities cannot be moved to a later date.
The park has widened pathways and lodge ramps, plus adaptive equipment available to reserve at no charge. Adaptive offerings include zip line, luge, archery, and hiking.
