Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days ahead for a 97% refund minus $25; less than 14 days ahead for a rental voucher. Less than 72 hours ahead or no-show: no refund or voucher. Changes cost $25 and depend on availability. If the operator deems conditions unsafe, choose rescheduling or a full refund. Light rain, clouds or forecasts alone do not qualify for a refund when boating is safe.
