- Operate the boat safely. Operating while impaired by alcohol or drugs is prohibited

Cancellation Policy
Over 14 days before: 97% refund minus $25. Under 14 days: rental voucher. Under 72 hours or no-show: no refund or voucher. Changes or rescheduling: $25, subject to availability. If the operator determines conditions are unsafe, choose rescheduling or a full refund. Light rain, clouds or forecasts alone do not qualify for a refund when boating conditions are safe.

FAQs
Operators must be at least 16 and have prior boating experience. A Wisconsin Boater Education Certificate is generally required for operators born on or after January 1, 1989. Bring your certificate if required by Wisconsin law.
For a delivered rental, the tank is topped off after pickup. Fuel is not included in the listed price; the gas used is charged to your card at the current pump price as a separate charge after your rental.
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID, plus food, drinks, sunscreen, towels, and any other personal items you want for your time on the water.
