Tickets are non-refundable except with at least 24 hours' notice or if the operator cancels. Late arrivals, missed cruises, dolphin sightings, and weather-related occurrences during the trip are non-refundable. Changes without 24 hours' notice, if available, incur a $5 per-person fee.
