- Service cannot begin on your check-in day
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7 or more days before the start date for a full refund. Cancel within 7 days for a 50% refund. No refunds after the start date. If service is cancelled due to weather or tide issues, 50% of each cancelled full day's cost is refunded; booking fees and taxes are excluded.

FAQs
For oceanfront homes, crew members may be on the property in the morning and evening for setup and breakdown. Equipment is stored in a discreet location on the property.
Do not move the tent. It is secured to limit wind- and weather-related mishaps.
Return the speaker to the dry bag hanging from the tent frame before leaving.
