    • Be ready at the property 5 minutes before your confirmed pickup time; pickups start at 7:00 AM
    • Water shoes or sturdy sandals with grip are required for Charco El Hippie; flip-flops are not recommended
    • Requires moderate walking on uneven river rocks, natural trails and sandy beaches
    • Not wheelchair accessible
    • Requires standing or walking for 15–20 minutes at a time on natural surfaces
    • Meals and drinks are not included; purchases at food stops are settled separately
    • Expect itinerary adjustments if weather affects conditions
    • Not recommended for heart conditions, serious mobility limitations, or medical conditions affected by activity, heat or extended time outdoors

    Cancellation Policy

    Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time. Make one free date or time change with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Private and group bookings: full refund 10+ days before, 50% refund 5–9 days before, and no refund less than 5 days before. Full refund if the operator cancels, including for unsafe weather.

    Basic swimming ability is recommended for Charco El Hippie. If you prefer not to swim, enjoy the area from the rocks.

    Wear your swimsuit under your clothes. Bring a towel, sunscreen, water shoes or sturdy sandals with grip, sunglasses, a camera or charged phone, a small daypack, and a payment method for food stops. Bring a change of clothes for after swimming if you want one.

    The tour requires a minimum of 4 guests to run. Departures that do not meet the minimum are rescheduled.
