Important details
- A signed waiver is required on the day of your rental
- Return the trike by closing time; late fees are $50 per bike for the first 20 minutes and $75 per bike after that
- Delivery is available for an additional charge, generally $25–$50, and requires 48 hours' notice
- No passenger shuttle or bike retrieval service is available; abandoned trikes carry financial responsibility and a $75 per-bike retrieval fee
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your rental date for a refund minus a $10 fee per bike for each cancelled date. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are charged the full price. Cancellation fees apply regardless of weather.
