Know before you go
- Riders ages 12 and under must ride with an adult
- Ages 13+ may ride independently at the operator's discretion after a safety assessment
- Stay under the California legal alcohol limit; breathalyzer testing is available onsite
- Expect removal without refund if you are visibly intoxicated
- Keep drinks, coffee, and food off the Rydables
- Maximum combined weight is 400 pounds per cart, with one adult per cart unless riding with a child 12 or younger
- Yield to cars and pedestrians; routes and stops may change for safety
- Arrive no more than 10 minutes early, as entry may be delayed during preparation
Cancellation Policy
Tours are non-refundable. Reschedule free at least 48 hours before departure. No-shows and arrivals more than 10 minutes late cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you can reschedule on the next available tour or receive a full credit.
