Important details
- Ages 8–11 only; rider height must be 44–62 inches
- A waiver is required on the day of your rental; refusal results in cancellation without a refund
- Return the bike by closing time; late fees are $50 per bike for the first 20 minutes and $75 per bike after 20 minutes
- Delivery requires at least 48 hours' notice and generally costs an extra $25–$50, not included in the listed price
- Keep the bike with you; abandoned bikes incur a $75 retrieval fee per bike, and you are responsible for loss, theft, or damage
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your rental for a refund, less a $10 per-bike fee for each canceled date. Rentals are nonrefundable within 72 hours. No-shows are charged the full price.
