• A waiver is required on the day of your rental; refusal results in cancellation without a refund
• Return the bike by closing time; late fees are $50 per bike for the first 20 minutes and $75 per bike after 20 minutes
• Delivery requires at least 48 hours' notice and generally costs an extra $25–$50, not included in the listed price
• Keep the bike with you; abandoned bikes incur a $75 retrieval fee per bike, and you are responsible for loss, theft, or damage
