Important details
- Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Wear the provided life jacket at all times
- Overnight trips out of town and use at third-party locations are not allowed
- You are responsible for your own navigation and safety on the water
- Expect to get at least a little wet during the rental
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 3 days before your rental for a refund less a $25 per-person nonrefundable deposit. Cancellations within 3 days are not refundable. Reschedule more than 3 days ahead at no charge; within 3 days, a one-time $25 rebooking fee applies. Late arrivals that miss the rental are charged in full. Weather cancellations are communicated 24 hours in advance; refunds or rescheduling are available.
