Self-Guided E-Bike Tour in Napa

I set up an Appointment with FATTIRES dropped my Lectric EBike for warranty front fork replacement. I arrived and was greeted by a very nice representative. I told him I had my bike and he knew exactly who I was due to the appointment set up. He told me he’d be done within 4 to 5 days and I’ll be damn it was done by Thursday. I arrived Thursday morning and met Chris the owner very nice very professional and he pulled out my bike. We finished up the paperwork. My bike is working well that same day. I sent a copy to Lectric And they had my money back on my card in two hours. Great customer service on both ends. I will Take my bikes to Chris in the future when need be.
