Cancellation Policy
You pay a deposit at booking. Cancel or reschedule at least 14 days before your tour for a refund/reschedule minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancel or reschedule more than 30 days prior for a full refund. No-shows or cancellations within 14 days are charged the full fare.

Yes. Passengers who are 21+ can drink responsibly in the vehicle. Bring proof of age, since you must show it before your excursion begins.
Dress casually and prioritize comfort. Plan for walks in the vines (no special footwear required). Wear layers, and consider a hat and sunglasses since parts of the day can be outside.
Your outing operates rain or shine. In extreme weather, the company may modify, shorten, or cancel the tour to avoid unsafe conditions or vehicle damage. If they can’t run the excursion due to bad weather, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to re-book.
