Cancellation Policy
Full refund 14+ days before departure. At 7–13 days: refund less deposit or 12-month full-value credit; 48 hours–6 days: 50% refund or 12-month full-value credit. Under 48 hours: no refund. Free rescheduling with 72 hours' notice. Captain's weather cancellations receive a full refund. Trips cut short by weather receive a prorated refund for unused time beyond the first hour.
